Sweets & Sass by Leah began with the simple flick of a whisk to surprise family and friends.

Inspired by watching the anticipation and excitement in people's eyes when I arrived with a perfectly simple, white box. Exceptional treats tucked neatly inside and awaiting their fabulous reveal. These aren't just cupcakes, these are THE cupcakes and everyone knew it. What flavours and colours would I share with them today?

And so, word spread about my elevated flavour combinations and specialty baking for all occasions. The designs perfected and new ingredients found their way into my kitchen and into my cakes. The future offers endless possibilities, and I am really excited to share with everyone.
Hi, I am Leah Poole and I am a Professional Mix Master.

I was born and raised in Red Deer and still proudly call Central Alberta home. The love of my life comes in the form of my crazy, beautiful son. Always keeping me on my toes and my imagination flourishing.

Health and wellness are important parts of my life and so I have made certain my Gluten and Dairy Free options are delicious and loaded with flavour for all to enjoy. I can offer plenty of alternatives, just ask!
